About the Role

As a Console Operator, you'll focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This fast-paced role requires multitasking and good time management. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our diverse food offerings and premium barista coffee.

• Focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• Flexible availability, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Willingness to learn about our products and specials

Pre-Employment Requirements

If successful and residing in Australia for over 6 months, you must provide a current AU Police Clearance Certificate issued within the last 6 months. We cannot proceed with the job offer without this.

Overseas Applicants: You must have at least 6 months remaining on your visa to be considered. Please note, our Console Operator positions do not qualify for the 88 days regional work visa extension.
