Overview

Executive Chef will lead an award-winning and innovative team in the delivery of race days and events, creating memorable and unique culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a large-scale, multi-venue culinary operation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive People Leadership, Strategy Implementation and Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Financial management, Customer Experience, Innovation, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met, leveraging HACCP knowledge and a safety-first mindset.
  • Work with commercial and venue teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business performance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role leading in a fast-paced, large-scale/multi-venue environment.
  • Lead-by-example approach with high professional standards and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to give everyone a voice.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP and a safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation, empowering your team to do the same.
