We are building out our Banking Solutions team and are looking for a Senior Consultant to join us By joining our passionate team, you will work closely with banking clients to solve complex, challenging, and rewarding problems that provide true client value and enable innovation and client delight.

Our specialised Banking Solutions Team understands the modernisation and digitisation needs of the banking industry. We possess deep industry knowledge and a broad range of skills across banking strategy, operating models, business and solution architecture, engineering, and delivery.

Within our teams, we focus deeply on specific sectors and domains, orchestrating the right mix of people, processes, and technology to make the future a reality. You will be exposed to opportunities spanning consulting, strategy, engineering, and delivery. This role offers a unique chance to help define the future of banking by combining industry expertise with an understanding of disruptive technologies to develop strategies and operating models that help our clients achieve their goals.

You will be involved in defining solutions that deliver specific business and technological outcomes and will play a key role in shaping clients' strategic journeys. We are looking for someone with :

• 2 to 5 years' experience in a client-facing or advisory role in a consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in banking strategy with a focus on technology.
• Experience in complex projects as a solution designer, solution architect, or technical business analyst.
• Experience in one or more capability areas: core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment and cards management (NPP, BPAY, DD, APN).
• A strong analytical mindset with quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes proudly.
• Business storytelling, workshop design, facilitation, and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing business cases, understanding cost and benefit levers, and providing comprehensive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Experience in preparing formal reports and presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of deconstructing complex problems into simple, structured solutions.
• A drive to challenge the status quo to improve client outcomes.
• A natural team spirit, proactivity, and a willingness to get hands dirty and get things done.
• Understanding of banking technologies, including cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP), and domain-based integration.
• Certifications in Cloud Solution Architecture or BIAN are highly desirable.
