We are now looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our commercial team that will be responsible for ensuring all inventory requests are dealt with in a timely manner.

With a focus on continuous improvement, the primary objective is to ensure that all hotel and internal inventory requests are addressed as efficiently and courteously as possible, with the business and customer in mind, to achieve the best outcome for all parties.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, there is a focus on reducing errors or the risk of rejected bookings as well as loss of revenue opportunities.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensure all internal and partner inventory requests are actioned within SLA whilst ensuring revenue impacts are considered and sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Ensure team members are achieving quality and productivity KPIs by monitoring workload/queues and ensuring tasks are delivered within SLA and in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to LE policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives regarding documentation, processes, and workflow while liaising with tech, commercial, and customer experience for improvements and rollouts.
  • Oversee workload of all team members, identify bottlenecks or overloads, and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Support Revenue Management by proactively identifying, communicating, securing, and actioning inventory opportunities to drive incremental campaign revenue.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Customer Experience to resolve issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Revenue Management with in-campaign inventory reporting.
  • Inventory management of live campaigns to maximise revenue opportunities, including executing and overseeing ongoing adjustments for the life of open calendar bookings.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Inventory team administrative tasks, including applying stop sells, adding/reducing allotment for booking calendar connections, are completed at a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Strive for partners to consider all contact with LE as an exceptional experience and ensure contact is resolved within the specific timeframes.
  • Ensure that an exceptional knowledge of LE promotions, products, and services is developed and maintained.
  • Ensure that appropriate inventory issues are escalated or redirected to the correct area of the business when required.

  • High level understanding of Salesforce software.
  • High operating level of Microsoft suite: Excel/Word.
