Your New Role And Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to support one of our multi-year high profile programs. Reporting into a Program Manager – Project Services and working alongside a collaborative and tight-knit project team, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your project management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage contract and resourcing registers, report variances to senior stakeholders, and provide monthly staffing updates.
  • Maintain document management systems including templates, review procedures, deliverable quality audits, and registers.
  • Support project delivery through meeting coordination, secretariat duties, and tracking of actions and deliverables.
  • Liaise between management and project teams to assist in the operational delivery of projects and services.
  • Provide general project support including onboarding/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and promoting best practice.
About You
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role, ideally within the IT sector.
  • General understanding of project coordination with some exposure to technical aspects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Proactive approach to work, with strong organisational and communication skills.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to uplift to NV-1 level clearance.
