What You'll Be Doing:

Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties

Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike

Coordinate inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)

Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with trusted trades

Support leasing, onboarding and property handovers

Use Console Cloud to manage operations with ease

Foster great communication and positive tenant relationships

What You'll Bring:

Strong trust accounting experience

4+ years in residential Property Management

Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

Great time management and problem-solving skills

A professional, positive and people-focused attitude

Confidence navigating legislation and PM procedures

Flexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions
