Forover 25 active sites, we are seeking a driven and experiencedState Managerto lead our operations, elevate performance, and uphold our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

About the Role

As State Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of our Victorian portfolio. You'll be responsible for site performance, client relationships, compliance, and team development—ensuring Arrow Security continues to deliver best-in-class service across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security operations across 25+ commercial and industrial sites
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and mentor site managers and frontline staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, licensing, and safety standards
  • Respond to incidents and manage risk proactively

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in security operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and engagement abilities
  • Sound understanding of Victorian security regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant qualifications in security, business, or management
