The Role
This is a full-time position for an Employment Consultant at our Queanbeyan, NSW location. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Job coaching to help job seekers achieve their career goals
- Developing personalized job search strategies
- Career counseling to support job seekers in making informed decisions about their careers
- Case management to ensure effective support for job seekers
- Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates
- Managing employment offers to ensure seamless placements
What We Need From You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in job coaching, job search strategies, and career counseling
- Skills in case management and candidate accompaniment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client cases efficiently
- Prior experience in recruitment or employment services is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Social Work, or related fields are desirable
