Overview

Ventia's Western Power contract in Western Australia is seeking qualified Lineworkers for a 12-month package of work. This is a full-time opportunity with the potential for ongoing assignment.

As a Lineworker you will perform routine planned maintenance and project work according to Western Power's standards and specifications.

Location: Ventia partnered sites across regional and metropolitan Western Australia.

Posting notes: High demand for Lineworkers with upcoming rate increases anticipated in October 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine planned maintenance and project work according to Western Power standards and specifications.
  • Deliver maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network, and maintenance of large complex assets.
  • Service customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.

  • 10/4 roster
  • Regional and Metropolitan work with LAFHA for regional work up to $341.90 per day
  • Rate escalation anticipated in October 2025
About You
  • Authorised to work on the Western Power network
  • Proven experience carrying out electrical linework
  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
  • Current driver's licence – HR Desirable
  • EWP, HRWL - DG, LF, CV or higher desirable
  • Works well within a team
