Overview

Clarity Partners is seeking a skilled and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Perth, WA. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality talent solutions and building strong, lasting client relationships.



Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr



What you'll do
  • Proactively source and evaluate candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and organisational culture
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
  • Manage offer negotiations to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, providing clients and stakeholders with relevant market insights
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment


Skills and experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for people
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to hiring needs
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment


Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
