Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch support services? Look no further At MIP, we are seeking a talented Senior Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in our IT Support Team.Role Description:

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for addressing technical issues raised by both internal teams and external customers. You'll lead the charge in resolving a diverse array of technical challenges and provide support under the Manage 360 product, collaborating closely with our Consulting Services Team on various projects.

  • Offer comprehensive support services in cloud computing, data visualization, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to our valued customers.
  • Provide internal IT support to MIP and The Data School staff, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Diagnose technical issues, offer effective solutions, and guide customers through implementation for issue resolution.
  • Uphold the highest standards of support delivery to meet the company's day-to-day needs with excellence.
Skills and Experiences:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Environments (e.g., Azure, Fabric, Dynamics 365, Purview) and Analytics Environments (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with various technologies including Security, Networking, A/V support, Biometrics systems, and Laptop/device support.
  • Prior experience supporting external customers and Analytics environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and manage a broad spectrum of technologies in both on-premise and cloud setups.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Dedication to providing friendly and timely support to customers, ensuring exceptional service quality at all times.
