About You

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles within our firm – from graduate to senior-level professional hires. You'll partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver efficient talent attraction strategies to secure talent in-house, whilst strengthening relationships and partnering with industry recruitment firms where required for critical/hard to fill roles.

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding
• Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
• Partner with Accounting and Finance industry recruitment firms to strengthen ongoing relationships
• Represent the firm at career fairs, graduate events, and industry networking opportunities
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies
  
  

Skills/Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within Big 4 or Mid-Tier professional accounting firms
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and hiring top talent
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to our offices in Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A passion for candidate care and promoting a positive employer brand
