About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing Team In this exciting role, you'll bring to life the content strategy across Haircare Group's portfolio of professional and consumer brands on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hands-on role will see you owning content calendars, coordinating shoots, managing communities, supporting influencer campaigns, and creating standout social-first content that connects with salons, stylists, and beauty lovers alike.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms
  • Skilled in copywriting, video editing, and mobile content creation
  • Proven ability to build and grow online communities
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused with a great eye for detail

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the beauty, haircare, or fashion industry
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, InShot/CapCut
  • Comfortable managing shoots or working with content creators
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools and influencer marketing
