What Your Day Will Look Like…

You'll be actively involved in providing safe and effective medication management—dispensing, counselling, and supporting patients and their families to understand and manage their treatments. Working closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, you'll use your clinical expertise to guide medication decisions, contribute to care planning, and improve outcomes. Your role will also give you opportunities to participate in medication safety initiatives, quality improvement projects, and teaching or mentoring future pharmacists. Each day, you'll balance direct patient care with contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence in pharmacy practice.
