At Plena, we're reshaping how allied health is delivered. Through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, you'll deliver functional, goal-oriented programs tailored to each resident's unique needs and aspirations.

Your responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
  • Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
  • Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
  • Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents\' needs evolve.
  • Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
