We're seeking a talented and experienced corporate services officer to work with us as a vital part of our company culture at ITP Renewables. This is a part-time temporary role with potential for a permanent opportunity on completion. Please be in touch with any questions for us.

ITP Renewables is a renewable energy consultancy based in Canberra, with an office in Sydney, and remote staff across Australia and Fiji. We've specialised in renewable energy for over 40 years, advising government and corporate clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. We work across all levels of government, for multilateral development agencies, and for private sector clients including large energy users, product manufacturers, and renewable energy project developers.

Regardless of the team or division, we are a tight-knit group of ~35 highly motivated individuals who are driven to do good, do well, and have fun while doing it. We have four core values, developed by our staff at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for ITP Renewables
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation by maintaining the function of our facilities
  • Provide administrative support throughout the organisation
  • With the assistance of external specialists, carry out human resources, work health and safety, and IT duties
  • Play a role in championing positive and fun cultural initiatives as part of the existing rich and supportive work environment our people love

This position is a temporary 6-week role with flexible part-time hours, offering the potential for a permanent opportunity. In-person attendance is required.

Experience

  • 2+ years of administration experience in a similar role
