We would love to hear from Speech Pathologists of all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in a range of settings, including both clinic and community environments.

Job Description

As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team who are passionate about supporting NDIS participants living in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. In this role, you will use your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in your clients' lives and foster the development of others within the broader team by:

  • Delivering essential speech pathology services to help participants enhance their quality of life
  • Visiting participants within the community, including their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to interpret findings and formulate treatment goals
  • Participating in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
  • Collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A passion for teamwork within a multi-disciplinary environment
  • A desire to make a meaningful community impact
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
