As a Sr. CRA, you will join the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple priorities and responsibilities with increasing scope and complexity.
  • Planning, organizing, and working efficiently to ensure quality work under pressure.
  • Analyzing issues, escalating appropriately, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining good communication with external stakeholders and study teams.
  • Conducting site evaluations, study initiation, monitoring visits, and site close-out.
  • Ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations.
  • Supporting investigator meetings and maintaining study documentation and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; healthcare professional preferred.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
  • Experience in trial monitoring and mentoring other CRAs.

Pay Range: $110,520 - $138,150 USD.
