Overview

Lifecare Southcare, part of the APM Group, is seeking an Inpatient Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team on a full-time basis at APM Murdoch, Western Australia, Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and therapy for a mixed caseload of patients, including orthopaedics, respiratory, oncology, neurosurgery, cardiology, acute medical, general surgical, maternity and ICU/CCU
  • Use clinical reasoning to create and implement appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities as per the treatment plan
  • Liaise with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's, surgeons, physicians and other health care professionals to provide holistic patient care
  • Case management and discharge planning for patients

What we're looking for
  • Professional general registration with AHPRA
  • Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
