The 2026 KFA Student Program is your pathway to fast-tracking a career in real estate with one of the world's most respected global property firms.

About our program :

  • Our program runs from February to October 2026
  • Working 3 days a week flexibly tailored around your university timetable
  • Enjoy the opportunity to rotate across multiple departments at Knight Frank over a 9-month period.
  • Mentored by some of the market leaders in the commercial property industry

Who are we looking for?

  • A motivated student in their final year of study in 2026
  • Eager learners who are driven, curious, and ready to grow their careers in property
  • Strong communicators with great attention to detail and a team-first attitude
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • To be eligible for our program, you must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand citizen.

Application Process

If you're ready to kick-start your career in property and can commit to working part-time (3 days / 22.8 hours per week), follow these simple steps to apply for our 2026 Student Program :

Step 1 : Prepare Your Application

Send us two documents :

  • Your CV
  • A short and sharp cover letter answering these three questions :
  • What areas of the property industry interest you and why?
  • What inspired you to apply for the Knight Frank Student Program?
  • What unique experiences or perspectives would you bring to our team?

Step 2 : Recruitment Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through :

  • A phone screening
  • Two interview rounds
  • Reference and police checks

Step 3 : Offer Time

  • Offers will be made in September 2025, with the program officially kicking off in early February 2026.
