We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to become part of the Banjo's team at our Idalia Store.

Successful candidates must be prepared to work across a range of shifts. Banjo's stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Our sales team work between the hours of 4:30am to 6:30pm.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Fast and friendly service
  • Merchandising products
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
  • Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
  • As a Senior Sales Assistant, responsibilities also include:
    • Assisting in the management of the Sales Team
    • Be responsible for opening and closing the Bakery
    • Inspiring staff to achieve more through leading by example, consistency and communication
