About the Role:

As a Senior Stock Controller, you will manage our vehicle stock, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations. This role is critical in ensuring our dealership's success and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage vehicle stock levels, movements, and records.
  • Collaborate with sales, PD, service, and admin teams to ensure efficient stock handling.
  • Handle data entry and updates in inventory management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Stock Controller role is essential.
  • Candidates with dealership admin experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and dealership Toyota SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
