About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Laundry Assistant, you\'ll create cherished moments each day.

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linen and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory and stock rotation.

You\'re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.

• Previous experience in laundry or cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• Police Clearance
