Responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
  • Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

Please note, our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to the start of February You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
