• Lead significant packages on $300M-$800M builds across commercial, health, education & mixed-use
• Split of high-end design review, delivery oversight, and stakeholder coordination
• National brand with enviable pipeline and repeat Tier-1 clients

Senior Structural Engineer - Technical Specialist

• Be the technical go-to on complex mid/high-rise, hospitals, civic & specialised structures
• Shape standards, peer-review designs, and uplift juniors' capability

• Pathway to Principal: influence design direction and bids
• Own client relationships, scope work, and drive outcomes with a loyal repeat base
• Lead resourcing, mentoring and build a high-performing team around you

You'll bring

You'll bring: CPEng (or near), deep buildings experience (concrete/steel), confident client communication, and a track record delivering complex projects in Sydney or comparable markets.
