We're currently seeking a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to help support our Team in Victoria - West or east of Melbourne.

What You'll Do

Step into a purpose-driven role where your clinical insight empowers people with disabilities to thrive.

You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive team environment, blending evidence-based practice with cultural responsiveness and real-world impact.
Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy planning, evidence-based interventions, and detailed clinical reporting tailored to individual client needs.
Design behaviour support plans grounded in functional assessments, and conduct risk assessments or implement safety plans where needed.
Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, coordinated support across your caseload.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date client records to support continuity of care and informed decision-making
Deliver therapy with sensitivity to each client's cultural, linguistic, and personal context—adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
Collaborate with allied health colleagues, support coordinators, external services, and fellow psychologists through group supervision and dedicated support from the Psychology Team Leader to ensure cohesive, best-practice outcomes.
Provide services via home visits, community outreach, and Telehealth—balancing client needs with your flexible work arrangements.
Deliver services in line with AHPRA registration standards, the APS Code of Ethics, NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant legislation.

What You Bring

Full AHPRA registration (limited registration may be considered)
A driver's licence and your own vehicle
WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
Previous NDIS experience is a bonus
