Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What You'll Do

Your work will vary from the provision of comprehensive assessments of groundwater resources to practical engineering solutions for mining projects. Your hydrogeological input into our mine water management projects will cover site investigations, monitoring, dewatering, and environmental assessments. Day to day will also look like:

  • Undertake hydrogeological assessments including site investigations, the interpretation of data, groundwater conceptualisations and reporting.
  • Provide technical experience and expertise in groundwater investigations, management and impact assessment.
  • Developing groundwater assessments and drafting technical reports.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide trusted, practical advice.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of hydrogeologists, engineers, and environmental specialists.
About You

We\'re looking for a Hydrogeologist with strong consulting or mining industry experience to join our Mine Advisory team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy applying your site knowledge and technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally you will come with the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Geoscience discipline or Environmental Sciences
  • 2 to 5+ years of professional hydrogeological experience (comparable experience will be considered).
  • Proven experience in consulting or the mining industry.
  • Site experience with hydrogeological investigations, dewatering operations, monitoring programs, drill supervision and/or water sampling.
  • A willingness to undertake fieldwork.
