StarTrack Traralgon are currently seeking a Medium Rigid (MR) Courier Truck Driver for multi drop deliveries. Manual transmission experience mandatory.

About the role
- Sorting freight in the warehouse
- Safely hand loading your truck with freight for your deliveries at the facility
- Great if you enjoy truck driving, physical fitness and customer service
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Driving our MR trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and adhoc pick-ups
- Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups
About you
You're a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You're passionate about making a difference in the community. If you are a truck driver, a courier driver, adelivery driver or you are physically fit and just want to get into the transport industry, this job is for you.
You'll also need to
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Hold a medium rigid vehicle license
- Be able to drive manual transmission trucks
- Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck.
- Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
- Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
- You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
- Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug / alcohol screening and national criminal history checks.
