Our client, a well-known and trusted brand in the fuel station industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive success and foster a positive team culture at their busy Sunnybank Brisbane location.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain high health and safety standards and actively manage risk to ensure a secure workplace
  • Execute daily store operations with a hands-on approach to guarantee efficiency and smooth service
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, lead by example, and support staff development
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a retail or hospitality leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices with a commitment to uphold standards
  • Collaborative, "can-do" attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed
