Role: Area Manager, Hospitality

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Super + Bonus

You've done the late nights, the stocktakes that ran over, the roster jigsaw puzzle that somehow always works. You've turned around underperforming venues, launched new ones without a hitch, and kept your cool when the fryer died in the middle of a rush.

• You know the difference between "busy" and "profitable" and can coach your teams to hit both.
• Your background inpubs, hotels, or elevated hospitalitymeans you can walk the floor, read the room, and know exactly where to jump in.

• A proven operator who can lead high-performing venue managers without losing the human touch.
• Strong commercial smarts—budgets, wage control, forecasting, stock management.
• Experience delivering promotions and operational upgrades at pace.
