YOUR NEW ROLE

Our client is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to join their Queensland team. Reporting to the QLD Operations and Sales Manager, and working alongside a high-performing, creatively focused team, you will take ownership of sales activities, lead generation, networking, and client relationship management. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory
• Present and sell innovative products and tailored design solutions that inspire clients
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets
• Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced Sales Consultant, you thrive in a consultative sales environment and are passionate about building strong, lasting relationships. With a keen eye for design, you enjoy transforming client visions into inspiring, tailored solutions. A true team player, you excel at building rapport both internally and externally. You also bring the following skills and attributes:

• Proven success in a Sales Consultant role, ideally within the design or creative industries
• A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design, plantscaping, or biophilic design
• Horticultural experience is highly regarded
• Strong consultative selling ability, with experience translating client needs into beautiful, functional design solutions
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
