Syzmik Workwear are experiencing exceptional brand expansion and are now looking to grow our existing sales team with an additional sales professional in Victoria/Tasmania. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help take the brand to the next level.
We are seeking a qualified sales representative to promote and sell the Syzmik Workwear Brand across an allocated Vic/Tas network. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at building and maintaining relationships, building brand awareness and closing deals. A real passion and energy for increasing sales is a must, combined with an ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner possess strong negotiation skills and an ability to showcase the range in a compelling way. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and within a team you will be provided with plenty of support reporting to the State Sales Manager. You will be part of a positive and successful sales team and responsible for a well-established territory that ideally will cover the West/Nth West Melb and will include 3 Regional travel areas, where overnight stays is a part of this role.
You will be on the road 4 days per week meeting with customers, providing product training, presenting new styles, offering support and guidance, and assisting with brand presentation in store. Fridays will be based in the office at Altona Nth. Further tasks include giving presentations, networking events and trade shows, and attending interstate training as required.
Objectives of this role
· Represent the Syzmik brand in a professional manner showcasing how the product delivers the best quality possible and meets the needs of a wide range of customers.
· Drive product sales through stockists and resellers.
· Working closely with distributors to ensure product is included in larger B2B contracts.
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
· Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
· Develop and implement territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Responsibilities
· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service.
· Identify and qualify new stockists / resellers.
· Set appointments, make effective sales calls and manage your territory's sales cycle.
· Possess in-depth product knowledge to conduct and ensure meaningful product training sessions with customer and end user.
· Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
· Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with existing and potential clients.
· Record accurate information into CRM, provide territory sales analysis to the business every month.
Required skills and qualifications
· Three or more years of sales experience within the apparel industry is preferable, however we will look at candidates with no apparel experience with a hungry attitude
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proficiency with sales management software and CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 365
· Strong ability to balance working autonomously and with the existing Vic. sales team and greater Fashion Biz team
