About The Role

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide essential nursing care and support to residents to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and documenting medication records.
  • Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health.
  • Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.
Skills & Experience
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
  • Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn
  • Collaborative and strong teamwork
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities
