Overview

Join our team We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other aspects of the customer experience. This work involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

The ideal Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.

Responsibilities
  • Visit retail outlets across Western Australia to observe store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other aspects of the customer experience.
  • Pose as a customer, record detailed observations, and complete an online survey about the experience.
Qualifications
  • Good eye for detail and a reliable memory.
  • Reliable with strong communication skills.
  • Access to the internet.
Engagement details
  • The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Surveys take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
