Sirva is now seeking Senior Immigration Consultant to support our international clients and be part of the team in Australia. This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Function And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.
- Well versed with the end-to-end of the Immigration process flow.
- Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively follow defined processes to complete tasks within prescribed timelines and protocols.
- Respond to client and other inquiries in a timely manner; develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure clear communications with all stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the whole process.
- Record, track, monitor and follow up post lodgment requests from immigration.
- Identify potential issues that may cause delays or application denials and raise promptly to manager and client.
- Help to improve and define processes, and support implementation of new/revised processes.
- Handle unexpected issues that may arise during the immigration (or implementation) process with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to clients on changes to immigration rules.
- Conduct research as required to support case needs.
- Client relationship management/SME/business development support function.
- Networking and discovering opportunities.
- Attend seminars, business meetings, and presentations as the presenter when required.
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Be meticulous and detail oriented.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate versatility and agility in adjusting to changes in policy, client expectations, and case volumes.
- A collaborative team player with strong customer service acumen and solid analytical skills.
- Applicants must be Registered Migration Agents with OMARA.
