The Role

The Legal Secretary role sits within the Property team and involves providing a high level of secretarial support to a busy Partner and their team. This dynamic and busy team are a close-knit and social group.

Duties

  • Drafting letters and documents through the PEXA platform
  • Liaising with clients
  • Diary management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Opening and closing files
  • Preparing client bills
  • Various administrative tasks

To be considered

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary. Experience in a property law team is essential. You will be accustomed to providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise will be key to your success in this role.
