About The Role

Our Officeworks Kangaroo Flat store is hiring We are seeking passionate, fixed-term, part-time team members to join various departments including technology, print and create, replenishment, and customer service.

As a team member, you will be a customer service specialist, working with your team to ensure excellent service delivery. You will provide expert advice on our products and services and serve as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility across operating hours on weekdays and weekends. It is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with potential to become permanent, with opportunities to work at multiple Officeworks locations and advance your career.

About You

You are customer-focused, passionate about service and customer experience. Additionally, you enjoy teamwork, staying busy in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility, and delivering on commitments. You pride yourself on providing great customer experiences and are flexible with your availability to work various hours during weekdays and weekends.
