The basics?
$68K base + super + 3-month commission guarantee ($2.5k per month in your pocket)

The Opportunities
They're hiring for two distinct sales roles, both phone-based and essential to the growth of the business:

  1. Business Development Associate – Broker sales
    Outbound sales role focused on getting more brokers on board to transact with us. Guide brokers through the agreement setup process and remain their point of contact until transitioning them to a loan writer. Drive engagement and increase transactions from broker partners.
  2. Sales Associate – SME sales
    Work with customers who have already started their loan application. Guide them back through the process, understanding their needs and removing roadblocks. Provide a smooth, fast experience—their competitive advantage is speed No cold calling—just helping SMEs access funding quickly.

What they're Looking For
6-12 months of sales experience to start. A financial services background is a head-start. Strong phone-based communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
