About the Internship Program

Our Internship Program is a paid opportunity for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate studies, running for 12 weeks starting in November each year.

You'll gain hands-on experience, explore career pathways, and work alongside industry professionals on real-world challenges. We'll support your development with career coaching and skills training to help shape your future.

We're seeking Electrical engineering students to join our paid 12-week summer internship program, running from November 2025 to February 2026 in Perth.

From day one, you'll have:

  • a buddy to help you settle in
  • a mentor to guide your experience
  • access to networking events, site visits, and professional development.

You'll also join a global community of interns and graduates, building your network and exploring opportunities in a workplace where you're valued, included, and empowered to thrive.

You are currently in your penultimate year of studies, available to start in mid-November 2025, and can commit to Worley's 12-week program. You must have valid working rights in Australia.
