Overview

Immediate Start – No lengthy on-boarding

Our client is an Australian owned natural skin, scalp and dental brand helping with lots of different skin and scalp problems. They sell their products throughout the world, including natural sun care products and a baby range, and most recently a natural dental range. With ongoing growth, they are now seeking multiple pick packers to join their team.

Duties
  • As a Pick Packer you will be based out of the Burleigh Heads depot on the Gold Coast. You will work Monday – Friday on a casual basis starting at 6am and finishing at 2pm.
  • Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets
  • Ensure accurate picking of stock
  • Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
  • Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information
  • Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area
  • Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadlines
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents
