We are looking for experienced, imaginative, and nurturing Early Childhood Educator superheroes who:

As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day. Through our play-based learning philosophy, we are constantly reminded of what a wondrous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course, you will still be responsible for all of the compliance-based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests — all while creating a safe, supportive space where children thrive.

What you'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in engaging children through activities like exploring, making potions, and singing loudly with little people.
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current & Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
