Job Description

As the P&C Coordinator, you'll work alongside the GM and HR Advisor to support HR initiatives, coordinate employee programs, and ensure the workforce feels valued and empowered.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
  • Providing HR support to employees and managers
  • Managing the HR inbox
The Successful Applicant
  • Proactive and approachable attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an HR admin position
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Team player who takes pride in responsibilities
