Overview

Mower / Sportsfield Team Member – Bayside Citywide are recruiting for a Mower Operator / Sportsfield Team Member to join the team working on our Bayside City Council contract. You'll be joining a close-knit team, performing works related to mowing and turf management. This role will see you working with both the mowing and sportsfield crew. Experience with commercial Ride-on / Zero Turn mowers is essential, however we will provide training for sportsfield mower operation. Responsibilities
  • Mowing, turf improvement works, machine operations, machinery maintenance, weed spraying
  • Leaf collection and broadleaf weed control
  • Ensuring all work is accurately recorded
  • Identify and resolve day to day work problems
  • Maintain good relationships with Client and all stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in mowing and park maintenance operations
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence (MR Preferred)
  • Cert 3 Sports Turf Management (Desirable)
  • Cert 3 Chemical User
  • Traffic Management
  • First Aid
  • Police Check
  • Working With Children Card
