About your new role

  • Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines
  • Lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
  • Mentor and leadyour room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the New South Wales Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
  • You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards
  • Networking with relevant stakeholders in the local community
  • You will provide a comprehensive transition to school program

About you

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
  • Experience in an early childhood setting
  • Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
  • Teacher Registration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead a room environment
