This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join the design department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW housing market.

The role:
  • Drafting new homes DA/CC
  • DCP, LEP, BCA knowledge
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code of Australia
  • Help improve the quality of design and documentation.
  • Approval lodgments
  • ArchiCAD software

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
  • Architectural drafting qualifications
  • Experience in ArchiCAD
  • Ability to commit to a full time office based role
