What's the role?

We're looking for a motivated and delivery-focused Tech Project Manager to join our Digital Banking team and support squads delivering customer-facing features. This is a permanent role based in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast with flexible working — 2 days in office and 3 days from home.

You'll be working with cross-functional teams to coordinate Agile ceremonies, manage delivery timelines and help unblock teams to drive outcomes. It's a great opportunity to build your experience in digital project delivery in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What do I need?

  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
  • A background in coordinating digital projects or product delivery
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, especially with distributed teams
  • Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery pipelines
  • A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
