This role supports the global Identity Access Management (IAM) function, focusing on the smooth operation of the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process. It involves close collaboration with regional and global HR, InfoSec, IT teams, and external partners.

About you

Your experience and skills

• Experience with IAM platforms (e.g. Azure Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
• Skilled in PowerShell/Python scripting for IAM automation
• Strong communicator, able to explain IAM to varied audiences
• Knowledge of MFA, access controls, and protocols (OpenID, SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
• Able to manage global projects and priorities
• Security-minded with ability to assess system changes
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and calm under pressure
• Collaborative team player across technical and business teams
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
• 2+ years in IAM administration, ideally with SailPoint
• Solid grasp of identity tech, Active Directory, SSO
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across IAM, including authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity governance for both human and machine identities
• Drive IAM improvements by challenging current practices and sharing best practices
• Manage identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and entitlements in hybrid environments
• Define and enforce access policies, implement RBAC/ABAC models, and integrate IAM with applications and services
• Conduct IAM audits, implement security controls, and ensure compliance with standards (e.g. NIST, SOX)
• Monitor IAM systems, report on access activity, and highlight risks
• Design and implement IAM solutions with IT teams, including tool evaluation and integration
• Provide IAM training and support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation
• Lead IAM reviews in architecture forums and recommend security improvements
• Collaborate with tech teams and stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships and SLAs
