Mental Health Clinician, Acute Care Service, Community Mental Health - Lismore

We are recruiting passionate Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals to join our Acute Care Service on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. Working in our Community Mental Health team is rewarding. Our clinicians embrace support and continuous learning, working across sites like Ballina and Casino, focusing on primary health interventions and supporting clients' recovery journeys.

About the Role

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to increase service capacity, addressing the needs of consumers 18+ experiencing mental health crises. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention, risk management, safety planning, psychoeducation, and discharge planning, all within a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework.
