    Over 500sq/m and feeding 4,000 people weekly, Hawker Hall is a dining hall inspired by the vibrant hawker centers of Singapore & Malaysia. Hawker Hall gives guests the opportunity to share a huge variety of affordable dishes across many cuisines found in traditional hawker markets in a bustling, lively, vibrant sit-down restaurant.

    About the Opportunity:

    We are looking for the industry's finest Commis Chefs to join our team to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. Immerse yourself in the kitchen of the future, both culinarily and culturally.

    The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
    • Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen
    • Wok experience highly regarded
    • Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
    • Interest in local and global food trends
    • Good communication and immaculate presentation
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
    • Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude
    • Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
    • Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
    • Focus on detail
    • Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
    • Calm and composed demeanour
    • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
