Examples of Current Assignments
  • Medical Receptionist (Sunnybank) – with Practice Manager and Specialists; experience with Genie or Gentu; private specialist practice exposure; hours 8/8:30am to 4/4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible days/hours; car parking provided.
  • Medical Receptionist/Secretary (Auchenflower) – Wesley Hospital; support across 3 staff leave periods; front desk during clinics; billing for appointments; manage cancellations/rescheduled appointments using Genie.
  • Medical Receptionist/Secretary (Auchenflower) – surgical specialist; day-to-day running of patient clinics; patient billing and receipting; Genie software; Monday to Friday; ongoing 38 hours/week.
  • Medical Receptionist (Spring Hill) – solo specialist; Gentu software; private specialist practice experience essential; clinic cover on a specified day/time.
  • Medical Receptionist/Secretary (Bayside) – solo surgeon; day-to-day running of patient clinics; calls and general enquiries; Gentu software.
  • Medical Receptionist (Spring Hill) – group practice of 4 physicians; patient clinics and billing/receipting using HealthTrack; 3-day assignment.
  • Medical Receptionist/Secretary (Spring Hill) – group surgical specialist; front desk, theatre quotations, booking theatre procedures; Genie software; 38 hours/week; week-to-week, duration up to 3 months.
How to be Considered

To be closely considered for Temporary and/or Contract roles with Litton Andrews, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 12 months' industry experience working within a private specialist practice
  • Sound knowledge of medical and billing software, including Genie, Gentu, BlueChip, Shexie, HealthTrack, Clinic to Cloud, or Xestro
  • Proficient computer skills with strong MS Office Suite capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • General understanding of medical terminology and a strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with availability and the ability to adapt to different practice environments
  • Understanding of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and Private Health Fund billing is highly advantageous
